Sizga yaxshi ma’lumki, homiladorlik davrida jismoniy mashqlar foydali. Ko‘plab tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, jismoniy mashqlar ham bo‘lg‘usi ona, ham bola salomatligiga ijobiy ta’sir qiladi. Ayollarga bu davrda 2 yil davomida faol bo‘lish tavsiya etilmoqda. Homiladorlik davrida mashqlar nafaqat ona o‘zini yaxshi his qilishini yaxshilaydi, balki bolaning yuragi va miyasi rivojlanishiga yordam berishi mumkin. Mashq qilishga undaydigan sabablar kerak bo‘lsa, homiladorlar uchun mashqlarning foydasi haqidagi quyidagi faktlar jismoniy mashqlarni boshlashingizga yordam berishi mumkiin.
